1.0 Consultation
Our process begins with a personal consultation, where our team will meet with you to establish a connection and discuss your project. This meeting is an opportunity to understand your vision, address potential challenges, and clarify expectations from both sides. These early conversations set a solid foundation for a smooth project experience and ensure your ideas are fully understood.
2.0 Preconstruction & Design
At Cragg Built, we believe preconstruction is as crucial as the building phase. During this stage, we define clear expectations with you in a preconstruction agreement, outlining every step of the process. Once the agreement is signed, we begin the design and permitting process, working closely with our team to bring your vision to life.
3.0 Estimates & Contracts
With over 90 years of experience building homes on Vancouver’s North Shore, we have the knowledge and resources to deliver an accurate estimate. Our expertise allows us to develop a detailed and transparent budget. We’ll review every detail together, and only when we’re confident in delivering the best results do we move forward to sign contracts and officially kick off your project.
4.0 Construction & Site Meetings
We bring your vision to life through careful craftsmanship, attention to detail and the luxury feel we are known for. Throughout construction, you’ll have the opportunity to visit the site for progress meetings or we can meet virtually to fit your needs. During these site meetings, we’ll discuss progress, address any new challenges, and celebrate key milestones. This ongoing communication ensures you’re involved in every step.
5.0 Post-Construction
After completing your new custom home, we give you time to settle in and experience your new space. If any concerns or minor adjustments arise, our team is available to address them promptly. This post-construction support reflects our commitment to client satisfaction and the quality of our work.
